You can email me a Hijackthis log for review, if its something I can't fix I can direct you to where you can get it fixed.  My services are free but a donation would help keep my site up and running , this is totally your call and not mandatory. You can email me at koraboni@yahoo.com and copy and paste your log into the body of your email. Please do not send attachments, I won't open them.

Hijackthis from TrendMicro

* Download theTrendmicro Hijackthis Installer.
* Follow all the defaults 
* It will install in C:/Program Files/Trendmicro/Hijackthis and this is exactly where we want it to be.

* Open HJT Scan and Save a Log File,  it will open in Notepad
* Go to Format and make sure Wordwrap is Unchecked
* Go toEdit > Select All  /  Edit > Copy
* Paste  the new log into the body of your email, or into the forum of your choice.

DO NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
