Hijackthis from TrendMicro

* Download theTrendmicro Hijackthis Installer.
* Follow all the defaults 
* It will install in C:/Program Files/Trendmicro/Hijackthis

* Open HJT Scan and Save a Log File,  it will open in Notepad
* Go to Format and make sure Wordwrap is Unchecked
* Go toEdit > Select All  /  Edit > Copy
* Paste  the new log into the body of your email, or into the forum of your choice.

DO NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

* All the Forums are Free, but you have to sign up and become a member.
* Remember that they are all staffed by volunteers, so be patient and courteous.
